The company is for sale since last fall

Honey Smoked Fish Co. announced John Horn as its new vice president of business development. The company was put up for sale last fall. He is the former operations director of salmon supplier Hofseth North America.

The company reported gross revenue of €48.5 million ($57 million) and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of €4.6 million ($5.4 million). However, revenue fell to €34.5 million ($40.5 million) in 2020.
