As its new purchase manager

Olafur Rafn Jonsson Palade returns to Iceland Seafood Iberica as its new purchase manager, according to his LinkedIn profile. Previously, he was a sales director at Icelandic Seafood from 2001 to 2006.

Palade has a long history in the seafood industry and was previously managing director of Espersen Seafood Spain from 2012 to 2017. He later joined German frozen seafood business Costa in 2019 as a senior purchasing agent. Finally, he was also general manager of Aladdin Seafood for five years before joining Espersen.
